Canadian Cladding fabricates sheet metal profiles to your specific dimensions, girth, gauge, and shape. Because each order is made specifically for you rather than pulled from stock inventory, this Refund Policy — and Section 3 of our [Terms of Service] — govern all purchases made through our store.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Canadian Cladding are custom, made-to-order fabrication. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been accepted, except as set out below or as required by applicable law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@canadiancladding.ca. Cancellation requests are handled case-by-case — whether we can accommodate a cancellation depends on how far along the order is in fabrication and scheduling. We are generally able to accommodate requests made before production begins, and generally unable to once material has been cut or formed. Contact us and we'll let you know where your order stands.

Payment

Payment for your order is due on delivery, not at the time of checkout. Because your order is fabricated specifically to your specifications before payment is collected, accepting delivery of a conforming order obligates you to pay the full amount due — declining to pay for a correctly fabricated, non-defective order does not entitle you to a refund or excuse payment, as the material cannot generally be resold to another customer.

Defects, Damage, and Order Errors

If your order arrives damaged, does not match your confirmed specifications, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@canadiancladding.ca with a description and photos of the issue. There is no fixed reporting deadline — we handle these situations case-by-case — but the sooner you reach out, the easier it is for us to resolve it, especially for damage that occurs in transit.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, remake, partial credit, or refund at our discretion. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Shipping and Local Delivery

For orders shipped by carrier, please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing for delivery where possible. For local deliveries made directly by Canadian Cladding, please inspect the material at the time of drop-off and flag any concerns to our driver or by contacting us right away.
